but it's weird looking at photos of myself. I hardly ever post photos of myself without makeup on! Well, okay it looks like I still have a touch of gloss on but that's it. I'm actually surprised that I'm posting this selfie. Please go check out her stream! She's growing leaps and bounds and I can't wait to see what the next few months will bring from her! It came at the perfect time and touched me deeply. With that in mind, I want to thank Sandra for the amazing testimonial I received last week. Despite this, I know that I can always find a source of light and inspiration on here from you all! Don't get me wrong, I love watching my kids grow and I wanted to stay at home for as long as possible but it can be tiresome. That's nuts! So, it's definitely starting to take its toll. I've been at home for almost 2 years this April.

And it's strange not being back to a typical 9-5 job. It always happens this time of year but even moreso this time around because I'm at home - all the time!! I hate the cold but I also hate being cooped up. I know I've been in a bit of a funk lately. And there isn't a day that goes by that I'm not documenting them. They are my biggest source of inspiration! With every passing day, they get bigger.

Perfect skin and amazing eyes! I had Alyssa stand in front of this big patch of yellow ice that was rock hard, which made for the perfect background! I stood on a rock above her and shot down. Ummm!!! Yikes! Well, if this is true, it was worth it! This is one of my favourite photos from the day. I was showing my hubby my proofs last night and he says, 'Wait, you guys were worried about tresspassing on someone's property but did you know that it's illegal to be on a train track?'. Still, we found the coolest place ever - a creek under a bridge full of graffiti and an abandoned train track.

Too bad all the cool places had 'no tresspassing' signs posted! I guess we're just not daring enough but it was cold and we didn't want to get in trouble. Alyssa and I went on an adventure yesterday seeking out all places cool in our city.
